Frosty Forest from Country Cottage Needleworks

Oct 4th, 2013

Frosty Forest is the new 9 part series from Country Cottage Needleworks and is due for release in November so we hope to be able to start shipping in early December, shipping and customs allowing!

You can choose to stitch the 9 charts together or individually and they will use a mix of DMC and hand dyes. Embellishments are entirely optional, but always add a little something special to the design. The designs are stitched on 32ct Belfast Pearl Grey from Zweigart.

Nikki has released the names of the designs already and they will be called:

* Raccoon Cabin
* Snowy Deer
* Snowman’s Cottage
* Snowy Friends
* Bluebird Cabin
* Snowy Foxes
* Snowgirl’s Cottage
* Snowy Reindeer
* Frosty Forest

So sweet!

We will be running an auto ship, as usual, and the the sign up sheet for club is here.

The prices won’t be absolutely finalized until closer to the date, but we think we have a pretty good idea of costs. Remember, if you choose any of the thread, fabric or button options, you get 10% off of the retail price. The average monthly costs, including the 10% club discount, are going to be in the region of:

* Pattern: £4.05 per month (£4.50 if you do not choose any of the following options)
* 14 DMC threads: average of £1 per month (the first instalment will include 8 DMC threads, with two threads for the next 3 months and no threads after that.
* 10 overdyes: average of £1.6 per month
* 9 buttons: average 90p per month
* Individual fabric option:  approx £1.80 per month

I know that I, for one, will be doing this series! I can’t wait!!

    You know you are an evil temptress, right? I love the look of this, though, and think I might have to subscribe (I am almost up to date with the Flock – only not stitched the one which came last week and have done some of my sheep, so it’s ok to join something new, right?)… Will we be able to choose which options to subscribe to? I own about a billion DMC threads, so might not need them…
