Problems continue…

It seems that we’re still having issues sending emails from the website. If you place an order and don’t receive an acknowledgement, please don’t worry, but do get in touch if you’d like the peace of mind.

We’re also unable to send “order shipped” emails, but please be assured your orders are going out as normal. This morning, we are catching up all the orders placed since the outage on the 28th.

I also want to say that our Scarlet Letter shipment is in, but I obviously haven’t had two minutes to rub together to get them on the site; This week, I promise!

I can only apologize for the further disruption to the service and thank you again for your patience.
